Card Values
- In Cribbage, Aces are low and have a value of 1.
- Cards 2 through 10 count as their shown value.
- All face cards have a value of 10, although their rank (J›Q›K) is still used for runs.

Additional Scoring Info
- In Stage 3, you can score points for matching suits in your hand, even if the cut card doesn't match. However, to score matching suits in the crib the cut card must match.
- Runs in Stage 2 do not need to be in numerical order. For example, if 4›3›5 are played, that's three points to whoever played the 5. However, runs must be consecutive (3›4›4›5 does not count as a run).
- Although the value of all face cards is 10, you must still match them exactly for pairs, three-of-a-kind or four-of-a-kind.
